**How the eXp Realty Revenue Share Program Works**
The Revenue Share Program is simple and rewarding. When you refer a real estate agent to eXp Realty, you'll earn 3.5% of their gross commission. This is not tied to the company’s profitability—it’s a straightforward, consistent revenue stream based on the referred agent’s sales.
For example, if an agent you brought in closes a £500K sale and earns £10K in commission, you would receive 3.5%, or £350. You continue to earn this percentage on their sales until they reach the annual commission cap of £80,000, after which the process resets the following year.
**Revenue Share Levels and Tiers**
eXp Realty’s Revenue Share Program operates across seven levels. The agents you personally introduce to eXp Realty are in your first level, while agents they recruit form your second level, and so on. The more agents you personally attract, the deeper you can benefit from additional levels in your downline:
- Recruit 5 agents, and you’ll earn 4.0% of commissions from agents in your second level.
- Attract 10 agents, and you'll earn 2.5% from your third level.
- Bring in 15+ agents to unlock 2.5% in commissions from your fourth level.
- To access the full 5.0% commission share from your seventh level, you need to recruit 30+ agents. Even if you haven’t yet reached 40 agents, you’ll still earn 0.5% from your seventh level’s sales.

Example 1: Imagine you’ve recruited 10 agents to eXp Realty, and each of them brings one agent. Now you have 10 agents in your first level, 10 in your second, and 10 in your third. If each agent sells properties worth £2.66M annually, your potential earnings could be around £80,000 per year.
Example 2: If those 10 agents you personally recruited each bring in 10 agents, you’d have 10 agents in your first level and 100 in your second. If all agents are cappers, you could earn up to £348,000 annually—without counting any agents from levels three through seven!
