Soo, social media is our thing. Back in 2019, we embarked on a journey to source high quality motivated buyers for industry leading housebuilders and developers. Our first mandate was finding buyers in the US, who were likely to be interested in buying a home in London.
In a country of 300,000,000+ who aren’t exactly known for international travel, or for their appetite in investing outside of the US, this opportunity was a bit like trying to find a golden needle in a very large haystack. But, despite so many setbacks and countless learnings, we managed to do it, eventually picking up on subtle themes and commonalities that scored them a higher probability of being interested in buying a home or investment in London. After a successful campaign on behalf of a Tier 1 housebuilder, we started broadening our client base of developers and sourcing buyers for their developments, turning our focus to our very own UK audience in 2021.

We see ourselves as a marketing partner for developers, not an estate agent. Sure, we take care of the calls, host viewings, and chase solicitors with our ‘excellent’ Google rated customer service, but our focus is encouraging high quality buyers through the door of our developments.. With 30 years experience, we recognise that this is the hard bit at the end of the day.
Our recipe (or algorithm if you prefer!) provides more focused search parameters for our social media ads to work within. We analyse high level data of our previous customers who have bought in similar developments, areas and price points and identify common attributes that they all have. These attributes form the ingredients for our unique recipe to create a proprietary sample of buyers from our wider database.
The attributes of this proprietary database are used to target online profiles that match so that the buyers most likely to take action see our captivating custom ads for your development. This means new audiences are reached beyond Rightmove and Zoopla postcode specific users; getting you sold faster.
In the last 12 months, our eco-system has served more than 70,000 buyers, generating more than 1,500 viewings across our small portfolio of new homes.
You see, we’ve never used the property portals, making us experts at finding these needles in haystacks. We broaden the reach of every development we promote, beyond what the high street agents can offer and picking out likely buyers from the online abyss. Many of whom have never even considered the location they end up in, until they discover it. We speed up this discovery journey, all whilst avoiding the development being time stamped, and becoming stale online.
